Today is National Hot Dog Day and we’ve got just the thing to help you celebrate!
Whether you’re at the ballpark, camping in the woods, or barbecuing in your own back yard there’s nothing quite as satisfying as a perfectly grilled treat dressed up with all the fixings in the middle of summer. But, not just any ol’ dog will do! Around here we prefer traditional style Smokies, European Wieners, and Sausage made with the finest cuts of pork and beef and seasoned to perfection.
The Naturally Fermented Kimchi and Sauerkraut provide you with a boost of probiotics to keep your gut happy while also satisfying the taste buds. Food that tastes good and is good for you is always a win!
This recipe is quick to whip up and can be made completely gluten-free by replacing the brioche bun with a gluten-free variety (We’ve already got you covered with the Bratwurst as our meat is always gluten-free.)
Try these tonight to celebrate National Hot Dog Day or invite a few friends over on the weekend for backyard BBQ. We can’t wait to hear your thoughts!
