Beer Stick Pepperoni Flights

It’s like a beer flight but better! If you’re looking for inspiration on what to enjoy our new limited-edition Beer Sticks with, here are some flavour pairings created by @vargacooks that are sure to please. Talk about the ultimate savoury lineup!

Ingredients

Mediterranean

  • Grimm’s Beer Sticks 
  • 1 peach sliced
  • 1 pack halloumi cheese pan fried and cubed
  • 1 small can Kalamata olives
  • 1 small pickled red onion
  • Crispy chickpeas
  • 1 small pita or naan cut into strips

Mexican

  • Grimm’s Beer Sticks 
  • 1 small quesadilla cut into triangles
  • 1 jalapeño sliced
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 small pickled red onion
  • Marble cheese cubed
  • Feta cheese

Italian

  • Grimm’s Beer Sticks 
  • Left over pizza ( optional ) cubed
  • Breadsticks
  • Mini boconcini cheese Feta
  • Pineapple
  • Pistachios
  • Fresh basil

French

  • Grimm’s Beer Sticks 
  • 1 small wheel of brie cubed
  • Fresh blackberries
  • Dried mission figs
  • Pistachios
  • Breadsticks
  • Small Pretzels

Instructions

  1. For each flight glass, cut the beer sticks to the desired height, plus extra for the skewers. 
  2. Add the base ingredients to each flight glass (Mediterranean: Add crispy chickpeas. Mexican: add mixture of corn, pickled onion, and feta. Italian and French: add pistachios)
  3. Layer the rest of the ingredients for each flight onto skewers.
  4. Add your skewers to the flight glasses and start snacking!

Tip: Feel free to add or subtract ingredients from the skewers. The recipe is very interchangeable!
